Time For Tea Challenge Badge

Anna, the 7th Duchess of Bedford, complained  of 'having that sinking feeling' during the later afternoon. At the time people would only eat two main meals a day;breakfast and dinner at around 8 o'clock in the evening. The Duchess's answer was was a pot of tea and a light snack, eaten during the afternoon.

We should never suffer from a sinking feeling in Guiding and to help us and others overcome this, we invite you to take our Time For Tea Challenge.
